KIDS. CAN. COOK!

2 hr cooking or baking workshop

It is never too late, (or too early!), to get your kids helping in the kitchen. It certainly takes a lot more time, patience, and some extra clean-up. But the benefits of cooking with kids are totally worth it.


Each cooking or baking session is curated to a theme to allow kids to make connections with what they are making as they see, feel, hear & taste. It could be storytelling, sensory bins, simple art/craft activity or even games!

PLAY. CRAFT. SING

Sensory activities for 1-4 yo

A 2 hour weekly thematic playgroup that emphasizes on Purposeful Play and Quality Interaction. 

Each week, kids get to explore various modes of P.L.A.Y (sensory, water, light) along with  C.R.A.F.T work related to the theme. Every session ends with a S.I.N.G along session with movements and kids yoga poses!

BABY YOGA IN NATURE

3mo to crawling babies

Nurture that special connection with your baby. Let's be vulnerable and courageous in this motherhood journey. You and your baby can have a special relationship you’ve always dreamed possible as you consciously connect through yoga and music.

Being a new mom is a life changing experience. Your body undergoes tremendous changes the moment you are pregnant and even after you gave birth to your baby. Your maternal instincts start to kick in and you sometimes feel that you have changed emotionally. Your needs and priorities are different now as a mother. The period after post-birth is as important as the entire pregnancy journey. During this time, you show tender loving care to not only your baby, but most importantly yourself. You learn to connect to yourself and with your baby.

Yoga helps to replenish your energy. A regular practice of postnatal yoga could be the best way for a new mum to restore and condition the body – like once before

FAMILY YOGA IN NATURE

Young families with 2-6yo

Family yoga is great opportunity to bond with your kid(s) & spouse through your breathing, your movement and touch. You can build the special relationship you’ve always dreamed possible as you consciously connect through yoga and music.

The class is designed most suitable for young families with children from 2 to 6 years old. There will be lots of singing, creative storytelling, imaginative role play, games, breathing techniques and parent-child touch therapy.

Practicing yoga in nature brings many benefits. We allow ourselves to re-connect with Mother Earth, awakening all our senses and feel grounded. This is Mindfulness In Motion.
