ABOUT
Art.of.Hygge offers mommy and baby yoga classes, music and movement with sensory art classes, cooking/baking classes and creative nature walks based on the forest school concept for young children up to 4 years old. Any and all use shall be subjected to these terms and conditions (Terms) and such Terms shall be deemed accepted upon signing up for the class(es).
ENROLMENT
Parents may complete enrolment form on the meetup link for the respective class. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation text and a class fee invoice. The enrolment is completed only after the fees are paid.

PAYMENT & FEES
All class fees are payable in advance, whether on a per session basis or on a package basis.
All fees that have been paid in advance are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, no refund will be payable, but you are allowed to transfer to other family/friend to attend.
Sibling discount is applicable for up to three children from the same family. One child will be charged full fees and subsequent children will be eligible for 15% discount applicable to class sessions only.

Fees are subject to change at the discretion of Art.of.Hygge.
GUIDELINES
All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of all sessions. Parent must always stay vigilant and responsible.
Due to space constraints, only one adult per child may attend the sessions except for creative nature walks program.
INDEMNITY
Art.of.Hygge will undertake all necessary precautions and act in a responsible manner to ensure the safety of children and families during their sessions. Notwithstanding this, parents agree not to hold Art.of.Hygge responsible or liable for any injury, loss of property or other damage that may be caused to, or suffered or sustained at the program.
If, for any reason outside the control of Art.of.Hygge (including but not limited to any government ruling or regulation; any fire, lighting, storms, floods or any other occurrence caused by the operation of the forces of nature; any strikes, lookouts, boycotts or labour disputes; terrorism, sabotage or arson; epidemic or infectious disease; or severe haze). Art.of.Hygge is rendered unable wholly or in part to perform its obligations, then upon notice in writing to parents as soon as reasonably practicable. Art.of.Hygge shall be released from such obligations to the extent to which they are affected by such circumstances and for the period during which those circumstances exist. There shall be no refund of any fees under such circumstances.
